After a career in strategy and R&D in the telecom industry, David has spent more than 20 years in Venture Capital investing. Believing strongly in the transformative power of science, David focuses mostly on physics, ICT and quantum technologies. David holds a Ph.D. in Atomic Physics from the Royal Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Jenny is responsible for overseeing and managing the investment portfolio, focusing on the overall portfolio strategy and performance. On the investment side she supports the investment team in transactions as well as being responsible for the realization of non-strategic investments. She has gained industry experience from private equity firm Altor, and from working with financial due diligence towards VC and PE clients across the Nordics. She holds a M.Sc. in Economics with Finance from Stockholm Business School/Stockholm University.

Alex invests over a broad range of deep tech areas, primarily in the intersection of engineering and biology. He has gained his transaction experience from Industrifonden, a multi-stage venture capital fund, and from Alder, a sustainability-focused investment firm. He holds an M.Sc. in Biotechnology Engineering and a Ph.D. in Engineering Physics from Uppsala University.

Salla invests over a broad range of deep tech areas, primarily in the intersection of mathematics, engineering and technology. She has spent large parts of her career working in the boundary between academic research and industrial applications, both at SEB Group and IKEA Retail (Ingka Digital). Salla has a PhD in mathematics from Stockholm University and was voted Nordic data science professional of the year in 2021.

Diana is responsible for sourcing and managing the investment process. She also focuses on the analysis and modelling of business cases, competitive landscapes and industrial shifts. She has a background as management consultant and holds an M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Royal Institute of Technology, specializing in Computer Science and Communication.

Pontus has deep insight in industrial R&D, and how new technologies impact businesses and industrial verticals. Originally a radar engineer, Pontus has a long career in the high tech and defence industries, including fourteen years at Saab as CTO. He has an Executive M.B.A. from the Stockholm School of Economics and an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology.

Passionate about life science startups and with pharma industry experience from Sobi, Elins investment scope spans the entire life science field, from research tools to therapeutic and diagnostic applications. She gained extensive entrepreneurial experience as a business coach at Karolinska Institutet Innovations before joining Navigare. Elin holds a M.Sc. in Medical Research and a Ph.D. in Neuro-Oncology from Uppsala University.


Lilian's career is centered around transforming life science breakthroughs into benefits for human health. Following research at the MIT Whitehead Institute and Karolinska Institutet, she has held a variety of leadership positions in biotech and the life science idustry. Most recently Lilian spent thirteen years as the CEO of Karolinska Institutet Innovations. She holds a PhD in Medical Science from Karolinska Institutet.
